By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Our Store

We retail streetwear apparel and accessories inspired by modern moto and New York design culture, including hoodies, shirts, jackets, denim, and related goods. We verify styles and quality before listing. We are independent and not affiliated with the Godspeed New York brand owners.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase.
• By using the Site, you represent you are legally able to enter binding agreements.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Accounts

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Product Information, Availability, and Pricing

• We strive for accuracy in product titles, descriptions, imagery, sizing, and availability. Minor variations in color/finish may occur due to display settings or manufacturing runs.
• Sizes and quantities are limited and may sell out quickly; listing an item does not guarantee availability.
• We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing) and change or update information at any time without prior notice.
• If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you with options to proceed or cancel with a full refund.

6. Orders, Payments, and Verification

• Orders are offers to buy; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order and send a shipping confirmation.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal as indicated at checkout. By submitting a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it and that the information is accurate.
• We may require additional verification to prevent fraud, including address or identity confirmation. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails.
• Chargebacks filed without contacting our support first may result in account restrictions. We keep pre‑shipment photos and tracking as evidence of fulfillment.

7. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax where required by law based on the shipping address. The tax amount appears at checkout.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to U.S. addresses unless otherwise stated. Processing times are typically 1–3 business days. Peak seasons and special releases may require extra time.
• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once shipped, the carrier’s scans determine the package status.
• Refused or undeliverable packages may be returned to us by the carrier; we will contact you for reshipment arrangements and any applicable fees.
• Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

9. Risk of Loss; Title

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title transfers when we receive payment in full and ship the order.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for full details, eligibility windows, and instructions.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Contact support with photos if your item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can resolve quickly with a replacement or refund.

11. Preorders & Special Releases

• Preorder ship windows are estimates and may shift due to production or logistics. We will update product pages when timelines change.
• Charges may be captured at order placement unless otherwise specified. You may cancel before shipment for a full refund.

12. Promotions, Gift Cards, and Store Credit

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Unless stated, promos cannot be combined.
• Gift cards and store credit are redeemable only on our Site and are not reloadable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• We may end, modify, or suspend promotions at any time. Misuse may result in order cancellation.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and code—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. • You represent that you own or have permission to share the User Content and that it does not infringe any rights or violate any laws.

• Using the Site for illegal activity, fraud, or spam.
• Interfering with security features or attempting to access areas without authorization.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated access without our written permission.

• Venue for any permitted court action will be in Denver County, Colorado.
