Shipping Rates & Services
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real‑time carrier pricing based on destination, package weight/size, and service speed. You’ll see all available options before you pay.

Note: We do not up‑charge carrier rates. Taxes and duties for international shipments are calculated and collected by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
Processing Times

- Standard processing: 1–2 business days after your order is placed
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST are treated as next‑business‑day orders
- Weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days
- During limited releases or site‑wide promotions, allow an extra 1–3 business days
Preorder or back‑order items ship within the estimated window shown on the product page. If your order contains both in‑stock and preorder items, we may ship them separately at no additional cost to get in‑stock items to you sooner.
Domestic U.S. Shipping
Economy/Ground
Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Best value for non‑urgent deliveries.
Expedited
Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air). Availability depends on your location and checkout selection.
Next‑Day
Overnight options may be offered at checkout for select regions. Orders must clear processing and fraud checks before shipping.
Carrier delivery estimates do not include our processing time and are not guaranteed by us once the package is in transit.
International Shipping

- Standard international post: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch
- DHL Express/UPS Expedited (where available): typically 3–7 business days
- Customs, duties, VAT, and import fees are set by your country and must be paid by the recipient
- We cannot mark shipments as “gift” or lower item values
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to customs charges and returns to us, we will refund the product cost minus shipping fees once the item is received back in original condition.
Tracking & Delivery

- You will receive a tracking link by email when your label is created
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup
- Delivery timelines can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and holiday volume
- For multi‑item orders, items may ship separately to speed delivery
Address Changes & Cancellations

- We cannot modify or cancel an order after it has shipped
- Orders flagged by our security checks (AVS/CVV mismatch, high‑risk signals) may be held or canceled and refunded
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

- Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please check with neighbors and your local carrier office; contact us within 3 business days
- In‑transit with no movement: We can assist with a trace after 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international)
- Damaged on arrival: Photograph the box and contents and email us within 3 business days so we can open a claim
Claims are subject to carrier investigation and their timelines. We’ll advocate for a quick resolution and keep you updated throughout.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Signature & Returns to Sender

- PO Boxes: Select USPS services at checkout; couriers like UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS; allow extended transit times
- Signature: Orders valued at $300+ may require a signature upon delivery for security
- Return to Sender: If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or unclaimed customs, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item cost minus shipping
