Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility window

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for US orders.
- Request your return within this window; ship back within 7 days of approval.
- International orders: we honor the 30‑day window based on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Item condition

- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or alterations.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be included.
- Footwear (if applicable) must be returned in the original shoebox inside an outer protective box.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety or clearance reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Final sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Underwear, bodysuits, socks, face masks
- Personalized/monogrammed items
- Gift cards and digital products
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return and choose “Exchange.” We’ll hold the exchange item when possible. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund per the policy below.
How to start a return
- Gather your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Complete the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- We’ll email you instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid return label (US orders).
Return shipping & fees

- US returns: We can provide a discounted prepaid label. A flat $8.95 will be deducted from your refund for change‑of‑mind returns.
- Wrong/defective items: We cover return shipping after approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
- If returning multiple items from the same order, consolidate into one box when possible.
Refund timing

- Once your return is delivered and inspected, allow 3–5 business days for processing.
- Refunds post to the original payment method; banks may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the credit.
- Store credit (if selected) is issued immediately after approval.
International returns

- Use your preferred carrier with tracking; mark the shipment “Return – No Commercial Value.”
- Duties and taxes assessed by your country are non-refundable through us; contact your local customs office for potential recovery.
- We do not provide international return labels at this time.
Order cancellations

- Requests within 1 hour of purchase during business hours can often be accommodated.
- If the order has shipped, please start a return upon delivery.
Damaged/defective or wrong item

- Report within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and packaging.
- We compare to pre‑shipment photos and resolve with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
- If a wrong item was sent, we cover all shipping costs.
Price adjustments
If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of delivery and remains in stock in your size/color, contact us for a one‑time price adjustment as store credit. Excludes limited drops and site‑wide promotions.
Gifts
Gift returns are eligible for store credit to the recipient upon verification of the original order number and ZIP/postal code.
Refused/undeliverable packages
Packages returned to sender due to refusal, invalid address, or unclaimed status will be refunded minus original shipping and a $8.95 return handling fee.
Packaging & instructions

- Place items in original polybag/box with tags attached.
- Protect retail boxes (for footwear) inside an outer carton—do not ship using the retail box alone.
- Include your RMA number inside the package for faster processing.

Are sale items returnable?
Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable. Standard sale items (not marked final) follow the 30‑day policy.
Can I drop off a return in person?
No. We currently process returns by mail only.
How will I receive my refund?
